How buying works

  2. CheckGet video and photos. Live video call from the yard if you want.
  3. DepositSign the contract and pay the deposit to hold the machine.
  4. BalancePay the balance. Then we book the ship.
  5. ShipWe clean, load and ship. You get the B/L and export documents.
  6. ReceiveCollect your machine at your port.

Usual terms: 30% deposit by T/T to hold the machine, balance paid before we book the ship. L/C at sight can be discussed for bigger orders.

Questions buyers ask

Why are there no prices on the site?

Prices move with the market and freight depends on your port. Send us the stock ID on WhatsApp and we reply with the price and the freight to your port.

Can I see the machine before I pay?

Yes. We send a walkaround video and a cold start, and we can do a live video call from the yard. You are also welcome to visit the yard in Anhui.

How do I pay?

Usual terms: 30% deposit by T/T to hold the machine, balance paid before we book the ship. L/C at sight can be discussed for bigger orders.

How is the machine shipped?

Mini excavators usually go in a container. Larger machines go on a flat rack or a RoRo ship. We quote the options for your port.

Which papers do I get?

Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus a certificate of origin or other papers when your country asks for them.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the route to your port. We give you the sailing schedule together with the freight quote.

Can you find a machine that is not on the site?

Tell us the brand, size and budget. We will look for it and send you options.

Can I visit your yard?

Yes. Message us before you travel and we will send the location and help you plan the visit.
